Our Services
Here is a listing of the services we can provide. If you are interested in something not listed, please ask and we will do our best to accommodate you. We work with each customer to set up a custom schedule based on their needs.

We will perform house checks at agreed upon intervals to ensure all systems are running correctly and no problems have arisen. We recommend 1-2 visits per week in the warmer months, and 2-3 visits per week in the winter, depending on the customer’s needs and usage. Normal checks include the following, but will depend on the individual customer and property:
Heat/Thermostat operation
Water/Well pump/Plumbing
Water softener/Filter operation
Propane/Oil levels
Windows/Doors
Electricity
Fireplace

We will manage all services required to keep your property in good working order. Common services include, but are not limited to:
Meet contractors for preventive maintenance or emergency services
