We are a South Londonderry based property management company. We service Londonderry, Ludlow, and the surrounding areas. It would be our pleasure to maintain your home.

Mark Ludl - Owner

Formally educated as a Mechanical Engineer at Lehigh University, I’ve been a homeowner in Vermont for over 20 years, and an Alpine Ski Coach at Okemo for almost as long. Before getting into property management, I spent three decades in high tech industries designing equipment for the semiconductor, biomedical, and aerospace industries, while spending my spare time maintaining and renovating historic homes and moonlighting as a carpenter.
